Responsibilities
- Take care of customers by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Manage policy changes for existing customers.
- Develop deep knowledge of insurance products to match customers with the right coverage.
- Navigate the company app to assist customers.
- Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Provide product feedback to help improve the service experience.
