Requirements
- Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment (e.g., Apple, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, Costco).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class, consultative customer service.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to connect naturally with people.
- Tech-savvy multitasking ability to navigate internal tools and insurance platforms while conversing.
- Residency in one of the approved US states (AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA).
- Availability to work a full-time 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.
Responsibilities
- Welcome inbound shoppers who initiate contact through the app.
- Uncover policy nuances, hidden discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ insurance carriers.
- Translate complex insurance details into clear, easy-to-understand choices for customers.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and patience.
- Guide customers to finalize their ideal insurance policy on the spot.
