Requirements

- Willingness to obtain a P&C insurance license (company provides support).
Responsibilities
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, discounts, and upcoming renewals.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Navigate a large panel of insurance companies to recommend the right coverage for each customer.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Process service requests regarding vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Provide feedback on product and service experiences to help drive improvements.
