- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free space.
- Hardwired high-speed internet connection required.
- Must be able to maintain video presence on webcam during training and work.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound-only customer calls to deliver insurance solutions.
- Navigate system tools to research and provide accurate information to customers.
