Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline, or 2 years of additional experience per year of degree.
- Minimum of thirteen years of experience in a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing mid to large scale construction, engineering, or manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge of industry trends, project management, and construction procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore.
- Ability to manage personnel, material resources, and budgets.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze complex information and develop actionable plans.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time to US locations.
Responsibilities
- Drive project design from inception through construction with focus on Client Standards.
- Develop owner project requirements and initial space planning.
- Manage construction administration phase including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and change orders.
- Monitor project financials including budgets, profitability, margins, and bill rates.
- Lead client relationship management, proposal preparation, and business development efforts.
- Coordinate QA/QC plans and specifications to ensure project compliance.
- Identify project risks and implement strategies to minimize impact on cost and schedule.
- Mentor associates and assist with training and department initiatives.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and project controls.
