Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working towards a CPA.
  • 3-4 years of tax experience with an emphasis in income tax accounting.
  • Strong working knowledge of ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal, State, and International corporate tax concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to partner in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with OneSource Tax Provision, DMI Tax Position Manager, SAP, Hyperion, or HFM is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support quarterly and annual global tax reporting in accordance with ASC 740.
  • Perform current and deferred tax calculations, tax account reconciliation, and SOX documentation.
  • Assist with tax trend analysis and forecasting of the global effective tax rate.
  • Collaborate with the Global Tax team and other departments to improve tax accounting processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for interim and annual audits.
  • Research and analyze tax impacts of new accounting pronouncements and legislative developments.
