Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in an FP&A or corporate accounting setting in an analytical/reporting role.
- Experience working with corporate budgeting processes and detailed financial models.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing data and analytical tools such as Power Query, Power BI, or Alteryx.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent customer relations and effective communication skills for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships.
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial results.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive, board, and private equity investor audiences.
- Collaborate with business units to provide analytical and strategic support and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Utilize data tools such as Power Query and Power BI to transform and analyze data, seeking solutions to automate manual processes.
