Requirements
- Prior experience working in an administration role.
- Experience using CRM applications is a plus.
- Computer literate in business software applications.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Travel or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize and adhere to the sales process as outlined by sales management.
- Communicate with Global, Regional, and Local Sales teams to ensure timely contributions.
- Monitor CRM data for accuracy and provide ongoing support for Salesforce users.
- Review individual, regional, and global dashboards to communicate gaps in SPI compliance.
- Document and support all sales activities within the company CRM.
- Produce in-country, regional, and global reports.
- Align Salesforce data with assumptions used in pricing analysis and financial offers.
- Create and maintain a library of stakeholders participating in live/virtual presentations.
