Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience with program design ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and evolving full-cycle performance management programs.
  • Strong experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Proven change management experience with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to build or maintain people analytics reporting and translate data into recommendations.
  • Experience contributing to workforce planning cycles in partnership with Finance.
  • Experience supporting international operations with a global workforce.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational design.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, maintain, and evolve performance management programs, including annual reviews, check-ins, and promotion processes.
  • Develop resources and training for people leaders to improve development conversations and talent decision-making.
  • Manage workforce planning cycles in partnership with senior leadership and Finance.
  • Design career pathing frameworks and internal mobility processes to support retention.
  • Assess, stabilize, and evolve the Talent Acquisition function, including hiring strategy and process standardization.
  • Own talent review and succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees.
