Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience with program design ownership.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and evolving full-cycle performance management programs.
- Strong experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
- Proven change management experience with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build or maintain people analytics reporting and translate data into recommendations.
- Experience contributing to workforce planning cycles in partnership with Finance.
- Experience supporting international operations with a global workforce.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational design.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, and evolve performance management programs, including annual reviews, check-ins, and promotion processes.
- Develop resources and training for people leaders to improve development conversations and talent decision-making.
- Manage workforce planning cycles in partnership with senior leadership and Finance.
- Design career pathing frameworks and internal mobility processes to support retention.
- Assess, stabilize, and evolve the Talent Acquisition function, including hiring strategy and process standardization.
- Own talent review and succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees.
