Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operational excellence, quality assurance, compliance, risk management, or healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading governance, testing, or operational effectiveness functions.
- Strong understanding of operational controls, audit methodologies, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience managing complex vendor relationships and performance governance programs.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and implementation support activities.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and organizational change.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams in matrixed organizations is preferred.
- Must have a stable home internet connection (cable broadband or fiber optic, at least 10Mbps down/5Mbps up).
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure operational discipline, transparency, and accountability.
- Lead quality assurance programs, establishing audit methodologies, standards, and performance scorecards.
- Manage enterprise knowledge management activities and operational readiness for product launches and system changes.
- Oversee operational compliance and risk management, partnering with Legal and Audit teams to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Govern strategic vendor relationships, ensuring performance expectations and contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate business testing functions, including user acceptance testing and operational validation.
- Lead enrollment, billing, and customer service operations to ensure financial accuracy and service quality.
- Develop operational dashboards and reports to provide leadership visibility into operational health.
