Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of related HCM system experience.
- 3 – 5 years of related HR experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge of SaaS systems and Cloud Hosted Software.
- Strong foundational understanding of HR best practices and concepts.
- Experience analyzing HCM performance metrics and improving processes.
- Experience performing diagnostic tests, audits, and documenting processes.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or similar.
- Preferred: Workday HCM Advanced Reporting experience.
- Preferred: Workday module experience including recruitment, benefits, and payroll.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM and related HR modules.
- Partner with HR subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Develop, configure, and test Workday business processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and triage system issues, including integration errors, access concerns, and configuration problems.
- Monitor and audit HRIS data integrity through regular reporting and validation processes.
- Support Workday release management, including impact analysis, testing, and implementation of feature enhancements.
- Administer Workday security access and user roles based on established internal controls and compliance requirements.
