Requirements
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience at a senior level or above.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end deployments in real client or enterprise environments.
- Expertise in LLM and agent systems in production (prompting, function calling, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph/LangChain/CrewAI, RAG).
- Proficiency in APIs (REST, webhooks, JSON, GraphQL) and Python.
- Experience with deployment on at least one major cloud platform.
- Strong technical communication skills for explaining architecture, leading live sessions, and whiteboarding.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily technical work.
Responsibilities
- Host live events focused on deploying AI systems inside a client's environment, including discovery, scoping, agentic architecture, and rollout.
- Run 1:1 sessions and technical mock interviews for students.
- Review student projects against rubrics, assessing both technical implementation and client-facing communication skills.
- Set technical standards for a team of supporting instructors.
- Act as the escalation point for technical questions and complex reviews.
