Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Ability to script and debug in Python or JavaScript.
- Proven experience working with production LLMs (prompts, retrieval, agent workflows, systematic evaluation).
- Experience managing delivery timelines, including project plans, RAID logs, and phase gates.
- Proficiency in test planning, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Ability to lead high-level technical discussions with executive stakeholders such as Chief Procurement Officers.
- Strong product-centric mindset with a focus on shipping usable, iterated solutions.
- Excellent listening and communication skills to navigate complex client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery and design sessions with Fortune 500 stakeholders across compliance, security, privacy, and procurement.
- Map current state processes and optimize them against metrics like onboarding cycle time and reviewer effort.
- Build workflows, forms, and logic in Certa Studio using Vibe Configuration and integrate with external systems.
- Own the project lifecycle, including planning, governance, test cycles (SIT, UAT, regression), cutover, and go-live.
- Act as a feedback loop for the product team by identifying platform limits and creating reusable templates.
