Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise workflow automation.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development, scripting, APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience building/deploying AI/LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of prompt engineering, token usage, embeddings, and vector search.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including hallucination mitigation and data security.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as consulting or solutions architecture.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
- Familiarity with Anthropic API and Claude models is highly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform development is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows and assistants within client ServiceNow environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
- Develop secure integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise APIs, and AI services.
- Build and implement RAG solutions that ground AI responses in enterprise data.
- Evaluate AI workflow quality across dimensions like accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Contribute to the evolution of NewRocket's proprietary AI platforms and Agent Packs.
- Support workshops, discovery sessions, and production rollouts with customer teams.
