Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of modern LLM concepts including prompt engineering, context windows, and function calling.
- Knowledge of responsible AI concepts, safety, data privacy, and secure deployment practices.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, technical implementation, or solutions architecture.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to support customer engagements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows and automations within client ServiceNow environments.
- Translate business requirements and operational processes into technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Build enterprise AI applications using Claude, the Anthropic API, and other LLM platforms.
- Develop RAG solutions that ground AI responses in authorized enterprise data sources.
- Create reusable implementation patterns, prompt libraries, and integration assets to accelerate future client delivery.
- Collaborate with business consultants and product teams to refine AI solutions based on performance and feedback.
- Develop and execute evaluation approaches for AI applications, including success metrics and safety safeguards.
