Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with applied AI use cases (inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications, or agentic systems).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, PyTorch), JavaScript (React, Node.js), and Go.
- Experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, and SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of data center components, server hardware, and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, DNS).
- Experience deploying and managing AI/ML models as services or APIs.
- Ability to write and execute scripts, queries, and commands for code/log analysis.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Responsibilities
- Participate in sales meetings to explain technologies, provide architectural recommendations, and build proof-of-concept solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues regarding configuration, performance, and code errors.
- Utilize code analysis, scripting, and log analysis to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively across engineering, sales, and product teams to integrate feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to product development by relaying customer and support team feedback to the engineering team.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including knowledge base articles, guides, and manuals.
- Deliver training sessions, webinars, and demos for customers, partners, and internal teams.
