Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in deployment engineering delivering production AI integrations and automation workflows.
- Deep understanding of LLM-based systems including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and failure modes.
- Proven ability to design robust, testable AI-driven workflows from complex business processes.
- Experience implementing API and webhook integrations using OAuth and API keys.
- Solid coding skills with proficiency in TypeScript or Python.
- Strong knowledge of cloud deployment and observability fundamentals for production debugging.
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to ship fast in a high-velocity environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust technical implementations for customer setups.
- Lead production rollouts covering AI logic, data flows, prompts, and system guardrails.
- Implement third-party system integrations using APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, ticketing, and payment services.
- Develop, test, and deploy glue code and features with integrated monitoring and logging.
- Debug and resolve production issues across data pipelines and system flows.
- Create reusable deployment templates, playbooks, and best practices to improve scalability.
- Analyze product pain points and feature gaps to provide actionable recommendations to the engineering team.
