Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, solutions engineering, or a technical-founder role.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, including RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, with Python strongly preferred.
- Experience with REST and streaming APIs, authentication patterns, and enterprise system integration.
- Ability to build and maintain data pipelines using tools like Airflow, Kafka, or dbt.
- Working familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Strong debugging instincts for production environments with imperfect data.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code).
- Ability to travel as required up to 50%.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own customer solutions end-to-end, from prototyping to deployment in live operational environments.
- Deliver value and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from the warehouse floor to executive sponsors.
- Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, setting expectations and operating without close supervision.
- Operate within a multi-disciplinary pod team with high focus and urgency.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to convert field learnings into durable platform capabilities.
- Drive solution adoption by mentoring customer operators and guiding teams through transitions.
