Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise technical delivery roles.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming and scripting languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector search, tool use/function calling, and structured outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI concepts, including hallucination mitigation and data security.
- Experience operating in customer-facing engineering, consulting, or professional services roles.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automations within client ServiceNow environments.
- Translate customer business requirements and processes into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
- Implement and integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI accelerators into enterprise ecosystems.
- Support discovery, technical working sessions, pilots, and production rollouts for customer AI implementations.
- Build enterprise AI applications using Claude and other LLM platforms, including RAG and agentic workflows.
- Develop secure integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise APIs, data platforms, and AI services.
- Execute evaluation approaches for AI quality, including accuracy, safety, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal AI platforms, including the NewRocket Intelligence Platform and reusable Agent Packs.
