Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, digital publishing, journalism, or copywriting.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience adapting tone and voice.
- Strong understanding of Reddit and other community forums.
- Experience using content performance data and audience insights for decision-making.
- Proficiency in writing SEO content and scripts.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset, creative problem-solving, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Write platform-native content for Reddit, social media, site and emerging digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to participate in relevant conversations across Reddit and other community-driven platforms.
- Develop scripts, outlines and educational content focused on sleep, mattresses, wellness and home.
- Translate SEO, customer insights and brand priorities into engaging content that builds visibility.
- Test new content formats, channels, and storytelling approaches to reach consumers.
- Monitor consumer conversations to identify recurring questions, concerns and content opportunities.
- Partner with SEO, Social, Community Management and Content teams to develop content that addresses real customer needs.
- Surface emerging trends, topics, and insights to inform future content strategies.
