Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in customer success, healthcare account management, or employee benefits consulting.
- Experience managing large employer groups, health systems, or enterprise accounts.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze utilization data and develop engagement strategies.
- Proven experience improving engagement, utilization, or adoption within complex environments.
- Experience navigating the intersection of startup agility and enterprise healthcare.
- Strong experience working with HR leaders, benefits teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to build credibility and trust within large, complex organizations.
- Comfort supporting sales-related activities, including demos and prospect conversations.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare delivery environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Notion.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end relationship for Rezilient’s enterprise employer group partnerships nationwide.
- Serve as the trusted day-to-day point of contact for client HR, benefits, and executive leadership teams.
- Drive Rezilient’s member engagement outcomes by monitoring utilization trends and activation metrics.
- Build and maintain a tracking framework for engagement KPIs to inform strategy.
- Lead regular business reviews with client leadership, presenting insights and outcomes.
- Partner with Sales and Growth teams to support demos, prospect conversations, and market development.
- Serve as Rezilient’s primary onsite representative at client locations nationwide for events and outreach.
- Collaborate with St. Louis-based team members on implementations, onboarding, and cross-client initiatives.
