Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Two years of experience in a related occupation.
24 months of experience managing and measuring the success of IT projects, including ROI analysis.
24 months of experience driving business development for IT products, using Salesforce, B2B, and SaaS platforms.
24 months of experience defining changes in IT contracts, subscription agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
24 months of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and IT product/platform configuration.
24 months of experience utilizing Hubspot, Totango, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Miro, Figma, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time per year within the U.S. and Canada.

Manage and measure IT project milestones and successes including customer onboarding, workflow deployments, and module expansions.
Establish processes and frameworks to ensure efficient team operations, budget adherence, and schedule management.
Confer with project personnel to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or operational problems.
Conduct business analysis on process mapping and advise customers on IT platform configurations.
Drive business development efforts by forecasting accurately and identifying product-market fit opportunities.
Configure technical platform components such as user roles, automation rules, workflows, and integrations.
Translate customer business requirements into functional and technical specifications while collaborating with engineering teams.
Oversee system testing and validation activities including data audits and user acceptance testing (UAT).
