Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Track record of leading multi-quarter technical initiatives spanning multiple teams.
- Hands-on experience designing, running, and scaling multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, custom orchestrators).
- Strong proficiency in Java and large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of software supply chain security concepts (SBOM, SLSA, Sigstore, OSV, NVD).
- Proven ability to define test harnesses, observability, and evaluation metrics for agentic workflows.
- Strong technical leadership skills with experience mentoring senior engineers.
- Product-engineering mindset with the ability to drive scope and trade-offs independently.
Responsibilities
- Architect major agentic-first subsystems including service architecture, data models, and tool integrations.
- Orchestrate long-running, multi-agent workflows across decomposition, implementation, testing, and review.
- Define evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and review rituals to ensure production-grade quality.
- Take major initiatives from problem statements through technical design, multi-team execution, and rollout.
- Own non-functional requirements including performance, reliability, and security for assigned product areas.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership across product, security research, and UX to translate customer needs into technical plans.
