- Professional fluency in German (minimum C1, CEFR) in both speech and writing.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to focus on measurable product outcomes.
- Experience managing discovery and delivery in digital-first organizations.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and product roadmaps.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new team dynamics and communication styles.
- Skilled in navigating complex environments including growth, innovation, or transformation stages.
- Experience with product methodologies like Continuous Discovery, Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), and A/B testing.
- Ability to provide and receive direct, constructive feedback.
- Strong capacity for context switching and thriving in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and delivery for three streams concurrently for client companies.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives in both B2C and B2B product settings.
- Prioritize features and roadmaps while communicating strategic context to CPOs, VPs, and Directors.
- Mentor and train Associate Product Managers using the teaching hospital method.
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable solutions for client initiatives during periods of organizational change or growth.
