- Proven track record of hiring and maintaining a high performance bar
- Strong emotional intelligence for department restructuring
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage startup business development
- Experience with high-volume logistics or gig-economy platforms preferred
- Background in fintech, KYC onboarding, or manufacturing throughput preferred
- Familiarity with formal operating systems like EOS
- Strategy and operations consulting background paired with line experience
Responsibilities
- Become the central point of operations to reduce founder escalation
- Scale delivery pipeline throughput while maintaining or improving quality standards
- Establish and run a formal operating cadence including weekly meetings and company scorecards
- Document and implement core business processes to streamline new hire onboarding
- Implement quality tracking systems across delivery, support, and review departments
- Consolidate business tooling to ensure real-time visibility
- Lead hiring and retention for senior operations roles
- Execute operational requirements for new geographic market expansions
