Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, lending, financial services, commercial finance, or asset management.
- Experience managing or coordinating multiple operational functions.
- Experience working with senior-level leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of closing operations and the loan lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience improving business processes and operational efficiency.
- Ability to interpret operational data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to establish priorities, processes, and performance expectations.
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures, workflows, and escalation processes.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and communication breakdowns.
- Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to the CEO.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to align operational strategy with company objectives.
- Evaluate staffing levels, capacity, and organizational structure to support growth.
