Requirements
- Deep understanding and experience of Retail Loss Prevention/Asset Protection industry.
- Proven experience with POS and Inventory data.
- General understanding of retail and restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication in English (written, read, spoken).
- Proven ability to take complete ownership of problems from identification through to resolution.
- Well-organized, documentation-focused, and process-driven mindset.
- Understanding of SaaS technology and willingness to become a product expert.
- Proactive approach to customer needs and collaborative team focus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote reviews, audits, and investigations using the Solink platform to identify business risks and operational opportunities.
- Translate data and video findings into clear, actionable insights for customers.
- Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams to align with client needs.
- Document findings and investigation steps in an organized fashion.
- Deliver analysis results to end customers to ensure corporate compliance.
- Manage customer problems from identification through resolution, proactively communicating dependencies.
