Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive healthcare business development or sales leadership experience.
- Proven success securing new healthcare partnerships and/or enterprise-level contracts.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast results.
- Experience using CRM platforms, sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
- Experience working with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities, or Home Health agencies.
- Established healthcare relationships and market knowledge within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional strategic growth plan to expand NIVA Health's market presence.
- Drive new business development and market expansion within your assigned territory.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Market Development Executives.
- Identify and secure new Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Independent Living Facilities (ILFs), and other strategic healthcare partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers, ownership groups, and enterprise healthcare organizations.
- Lead discovery meetings, executive presentations, proposal development, and complex contract negotiations.
- Oversee the regional sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM accuracy, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new partnerships.
