Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Operations, or Product Management.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a leadership or 'own the function' individual contributor capacity.
- Mature understanding of GTM and client-facing SaaS strategies.
- Experience translating GTM strategies into system and process requirements.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company in the growth stage.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch.
- Proven experience leveraging GTM technology and product analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Snowflake, Omni, Claude, ChatGPT, JIRA, Confluence, and Pendo.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with R&D to design and maintain product usage dashboards for CS, Sales, and Product.
- Prepare regular reporting on business results including ARR analysis, consumption, churn, and renewal rates.
- Serve as Pendo platform administrator, managing vendor relations, licensing, and compliance.
- Govern product tagging frameworks to ensure consistent usage data capture.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor product-specific revenue targets and roadmap ROI.
- Synthesize field feedback (win/loss, escalations, objections) into prioritized inputs for the Product team.
- Maintain alignment between JIRA and GTM tools to link engineering efforts to revenue outcomes.
- Establish tracking for feature requests and roadmap commitments to maintain a single source of truth.
