Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience managing complex technical programs.
- Experience in high-growth or regulated environments.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional programs on time.
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring Jira and other Agile tooling.
- Strong change management experience and ability to guide teams through ambiguity.
- Comfortable translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in technical conversations and ability to scope solutions with engineering and product partners.
- Deep understanding of agile, scrum, and lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership at strategic and tactical levels.
- Demonstrated comfort flexing across program, project, and team-facilitation-level work.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception through launch across engineering, product, compliance, and business teams.
- Own portfolio-level roadmapping: identify gaps, run yearly roadmap planning with teams, and manage priorities and trade-offs across a portfolio of programs.
- Drive change management and enablement efforts to ensure teams are fully aligned and empowered.
- Scale TPM best practices, tooling standards, and delivery frameworks across multiple teams and platforms.
- Act as a force multiplier by identifying friction points, aligning stakeholders, and establishing repeatable frameworks.
- Apply agile, scrum, and lean methodologies effectively by tailoring practices to fit the program context.
- Bring system-level thinking to understand architectural impacts and navigate technical trade-offs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and status updates.
- Partner with engineering leadership and product teams to translate business needs into executable plans.
- Anticipate systemic risks and complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.
