Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience working within the Higher Education Industry.
- 5 or more years of experience working with Slate CRM with advanced proficiency.
- Ability to administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, and create reports and dashboards.
- Extensive experience utilizing Slate Datasets and Entities for reporting and process automation.
- Proficient in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating CRM software.
- Experience developing HTML content.
- Experience with data collection, designing workflows, and audit requirements.
- Experience building and managing integrations with third-party applications (Common App, EAB, Liaison/UNICAS).
- Experience designing and managing integrations with ERP/SIS systems.
- Proven experience in a consulting capacity focusing on business process improvement.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate.
- Must be able to travel over 25%.
Responsibilities
- Provide Slate CRM implementation services and general consulting including training, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Analyze current business practices and recommend technology solutions to improve processes for admissions, retention, and advancement.
- Adapt to varying challenges and varying levels of user knowledge.
- Spearhead Slate CRM initiatives for academic institutions.
- Travel over 25% to client sites.
