Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a service-based business environment.
- Proven experience in franchise or multi-unit operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L statements.
- Proven ability to balance operational leadership with strategic planning.
- Experience developing and presenting business strategies to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills to influence across locations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region and to corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Own regional performance outcomes including growth, retention, and service stability.
- Coach, mentor, and align Regional Directors on business priorities and operational expectations.
- Establish a repeatable leadership cadence to drive consistency and accountability across regions.
- Identify and resolve systemic cross-functional handoff issues and operational friction points.
- Partner with functional VPs and enterprise leaders to address complex regional constraints.
- Proactively monitor for risk, identifying emerging trends and performance gaps.
- Escalate material risks with clear recommendations for resolution and business impact.
