Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, construction, telecommunications, or low-voltage infrastructure deployment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing project management teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site, multi-stakeholder technology infrastructure projects.
  • Strong expertise in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, project controls, change management, and resource planning.
  • Working knowledge of managed Wi-Fi, low-voltage infrastructure, networking, cabling, and ISP coordination.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide executive-level updates.
  • Ability to travel for site readiness, vendor coordination, and project oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall project management function across new developments, acquisitions, managed Wi-Fi, and technology infrastructure projects.
  • Establish and enforce project delivery standards covering scope, schedules, budgets, and risk controls.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
  • Oversee end-to-end connectivity implementations, from wireless design and procurement to site readiness and customer handoff.
  • Partner with finance, engineering, and construction teams to align operational and business requirements.
  • Develop scalable project management systems, reporting practices, and documentation standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project transparency, quality, and customer experience.
