Job Details

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a service-based business environment.
Franchise or multi-unit operations experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L statements and identify performance trends.
Proven experience balancing field-level operational leadership with strategic planning.
Experience developing and presenting business strategies and operational insights to senior leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills with ability to influence across multiple locations and functions.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region and to corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Own regional performance across growth, retention, service stability, operational execution, and overall business health.
Establish clear performance expectations and accountability for Regional Directors.
Coach Regional Directors to identify trends, performance gaps, and emerging risks and develop effective action plans.
Serve as the primary leader and mentor to Regional Directors to build leadership capability and business acumen.
Establish and protect a clear, simple, and repeatable leadership cadence that creates consistency, visibility, and accountability.
Resolve systemic handoff issues and friction points impacting customer experience or business performance.
Proactively identify early warning signs across performance, talent, and service delivery before they become material issues.
Escalate material risks with clarity, context, and clear recommendations for resolution.
