Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&A, banking, or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn M&A transaction processes and payment mechanics (ACH/wire).
- Experience with project management and juggling multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a group setting.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
- Availability to work standard business hours with occasional off-hours coverage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal operations and payments departments to solicit and distribute proceeds to shareholders.
- Request and review payment spreadsheets for accuracy and compliance.
- Review, comment on, and finalize Letters of Transmittal and solicitation documents.
- Maintain and update deal-specific information in the internal database.
- Field inquiries from corporate principals, legal counsel, and major shareholders.
- Load and verify governing deal documents in the internal database.
- Track all pending and closed transactions.
