Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&A, banking, or finance.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent customer service and written communication skills.
- Ability to become a subject matter expert in payment processes, including KYC requirements and ACH/wire transfers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a group and handle administrative tasks.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- NetSuite experience highly preferred.
- Availability to work standard business hours with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends.
- Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal operations and payments departments to solicit and distribute proceeds to shareholders.
- Request, review, and finalize payment spreadsheets and solicitation documents such as Letters of Transmittal.
- Manage deal specifics and documentation within the internal database to ensure compliance with governing documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate principals, outside counsel, and shareholders regarding transaction status.
- Track all pending and closed transactions to ensure timely administration.
- Support Relationship Managers in sales meetings as needed.
