Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (500+ calls)
- Educate, guide, and help customers sign up for suitable insurance plans
- Gather information to create customer profiles
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Transfer hot leads to the Sales teams
- Participate in daily team huddles
- Engage in regular training and coaching to sharpen sales skills
- Represent the company positively by prioritizing client needs
