Requirements
- Many years of professional experience as a project manager.
- In-depth experience with classical and agile project management methodologies.
- Expertise in SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience and knowledge in one or more SAP modules.
- Proven experience with presales activities.
- Business-fluent German (C1 level).
- Good English skills (B2 level).
- Analytical mindset and ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and guide project teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of SAP projects within the SAP Cloud unit.
- Oversee project planning regarding time, capacity, and budget.
- Conduct regular planning iterations and manage project teams across all phases.
- Ensure project results meet requirements for time, quality, and costs.
- Steer daily project activities and translate customer requirements into SAP processes.
- Prepare and conduct workshops at the management level.
- Engage in presales activities and maintain long-term customer relationships.
