Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or industry certification.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Strong product knowledge and specialized expertise in financial services.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding administration by processing account opening documentation, transfer forms, and maintenance requests.
- Liaise directly with clients post-sale to collect documentation and move accounts through to completion.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support sales conversion and administrative execution.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy to minimize delays and rework.
- Build and maintain relationships with Private Bankers to support collaboration and sales effectiveness.
- Coach partners on onboarding requirements, documentation standards, and process best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and workflows.
