Requirements
- 3 years of experience working as an IS Administrator or in a related role.
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of HR procedures.
- Understanding of M365 tools.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Maintain reliability and performance of systems by monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Act as a subject matter expert in claims systems to provide technical support for end users.
- Coordinate with IT to configure and manage systems within the IT infrastructure.
- Implement Agile methodology when collaborating with cross-functional teams for system deployment.
- Research, develop, test, and implement system upgrades or enhancements.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and security standards.
- Query and manipulate data from relational databases to solve business problems.
- Create and maintain procedural guides and documentation for knowledge sharing.
