Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Excellent time and process management skills.
- Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and business reviews.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to travel for client-facing events.
- Strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and long-term strategic advisor for client accounts.
- Manage client meetings, including crafting agendas and tracking action items.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product initiatives to clients.
- Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Analyze account performance and present optimization opportunities to stakeholders.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve client issues.
- Work with onboarding and implementation teams to onboard new clinics.
- Nurture corporate relationships to build affinity and trust.
