Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
- Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
- Experience with supporting and building customer relationships in a scalable manner.
- Ability to cover a book of business on Eastern Time or Pacific Time.
- Highly organized with the ability to update existing documentation and document new processes.
- High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and act as a team player.
- Curious and willing to learn.
- Experience with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) preferred.
- Experience in Customer Success tools (e.g., ChurnZero or GainSight) preferred.
- Understanding of Cyber Security best practices preferred.
- Basic/working knowledge of APIs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage customers to ensure effective utilization of UpGuard to meet their goals.
- Develop and provide resources including success plans, customer-specific training, and regular check-ins.
- Engage customers frequently to drive platform adoption and engagement.
- Advocate for customer perspectives by providing strategic insights and feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions based on their risk management frameworks.
- Monitor customer health and proactively intervene with education to ensure value realization.
