Requirements
- 3-5+ years of DevOps Engineering experience
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices and automation tools
- Experience with AWS
- Linux or Windows server OS administration
- Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, and Python
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Open Tofu)
- Experience leveraging AI tools in daily work (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc)
- Ability to manage multiple technology stacks
- Mindfulness for internal developer experience
- Clear understanding of systems and industry best practices
Responsibilities
- Participate in the on-call rotation to address and resolve incidents and other operational issues.
- Enhance and optimize deployment strategies for effective workflows.
- Maintain and perform necessary system upkeep for infrastructure and associated projects.
- Ensure the uptime and reliability of the Bloomerang application infrastructure by configuring necessary monitoring and alerting.
