- 8+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales.
- 3+ years selling into organizations with multi-layered, technical buying committees.
- Track record closing technology/platform partnerships with large, corporate enterprises that scaled materially after close.
- Experience selling in a startup or early-stage environment.
- Ability to articulate platform capabilities and coordinate technical evaluations and integrations.
- Proven track record hitting quota and production targets on complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
- Skilled negotiator on both commercial and technical contract terms.
- Excellent communicator across technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency with Hubspot and standard productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel regularly, 30% to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Branch's most strategically significant accounts from first conversation through technical evaluation to a signed, live partnership.
- Build a targeted pipeline of enterprise-scale insurance agencies and institutions, positioning Branch's technology as the platform these organizations build their insurance growth on.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes, building the business case and consensus needed to close.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scope integrations, address technical requirements, and translate partner needs into product input.
- Manage and grow live partnerships post-launch through a land-and-expand approach.
- Structure and negotiate commercial and technical deal terms through to signature.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on enterprise/platform sales, guiding other salespeople and contributing to overall sales strategy.
- Work closely with account management, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth technical onboarding.
