Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience.
Completion of 8+ full life cycle implementations.
Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, or consulting services.
Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk).
Extensive familiarity with data migration plans, procedures, and Go-Live cutover data loads.
Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants working across multiple engagements.
Strong project management, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and lead onsite workshops.
NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certifications (heavily preferred).

Manage and develop a team of up to 10 consultants and analysts to deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
Serve as sponsor, architect, or project manager on strategic and high-visibility client engagements.
Lead all project phases including plan, design, build, verify, deploy, and support.
Perform fit/gap analysis and translate complex business requirements into technical system designs.
Manage scope, requirements, and project budgets while serving as a client advocate.
Collaborate with the internal development team to deliver custom solutions.
Support efforts to attract new clients and assist in scoping new projects.
Contribute to internal initiatives including go-to-market efforts and knowledge management.
