Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mainly passive clients to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist Client Managers with tracking performance metrics and maintaining documentation.
- Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for client check-ins.
- Act as the initial point of contact for routine client inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet quality requirements.
- Engage in training and self-directed learning to build product and industry expertise.
