Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing at scale.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Braze, SendGrid, Iterable, etc.).
- Proven track record of driving measurable conversion lift through lifecycle programs.
- Highly analytical with experience in cohort analysis, funnel performance, and incrementality testing.
- Experience leveraging AI for marketing execution, content development, and personalization.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Product, Sales, and Data Science stakeholders.
- Experience connecting digital marketing with human-assisted customer journeys.
- Strong people management and development skills.
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-sensitive industry is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and communications journey across email, SMS, and call scripting.
- Define sophisticated communications segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavior and intent.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable conversion lift and funnel performance.
- Represent Lifecycle Marketing in AI-driven planning and leverage AI for content generation and campaign optimization.
- Establish rigorous experimentation, measurement, and incrementality testing frameworks.
- Manage vendor relationships, platform operations, and ensure communication compliance.
- Lead and develop the lifecycle marketing team, including direct reports.
