- Proven experience building a community, advocacy network, or partnership portfolio.
- Native or near-native French proficiency.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Professional Dutch proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage an outreach pipeline.
- Natural proficiency with AI tools for content generation.
- Deep empathy for patient communities.
- Strong preference for personal connection to patient advocacy or healthcare.
- Experience in email marketing, community management, or patient-facing awareness campaigns (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with the Belgian, French, and Dutch healthcare and patient advocacy landscape (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Lead outreach and relationship-building with patient associations across conditions in BeNeFra.
- Build new relationships with patient organisations aligned to Curewiki's target conditions.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with organisations already in the network through regular contact and training.
- Build capacity within patient organisations to enable sustainable long-term engagement.
- Own the patient engagement strategy for commercial opportunities like panels, surveys, and advisory boards.
- Mobilize relevant patient organisations to support commercial opportunities.
- Develop and execute patient-facing marketing campaigns using AI tools to create newsletters, webinars, and social media content.
- Write and adapt clear, accessible content for community channels.
