Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing and activating institutional healthcare partnerships.
  • Experience carrying or co-owning a commercial number on services sold into pharma or healthcare.
  • Leadership experience in a scale-up or high-change environment.
  • Ability to operate in multi-party constructs involving public funding and clinical institutions.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven research, account preparation, and partnership operations.
  • Fluent professional English plus at least one of French, Spanish, German, or Dutch.
  • Disciplined pipeline management experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM.
  • Familiarity with clinical research operations, EHR, and health-data interoperability (FHIR, EHDS) is preferred.
  • Experience with EU-funded consortium programs such as Horizon Europe is preferred.
  • Existing network within the European patient organisation or hospital landscape is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the hospital partnership strategy and manage the pipeline from first contact to go-live.
  • Navigate complex hospital decision structures, including research units, legal, IT, and executive sponsors.
  • Design and execute governance rhythms for strategic partnerships to ensure alignment.
  • Manage patient-engagement revenue lines, including panels, surveys, and advisory boards.
  • Protect the neutrality and independence of patient relationships in all commercial constructs.
  • Build and coach country-level teams while establishing repeatable playbooks for market expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and consortia on EU-funded research programs.
