Requirements
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience (Agency experience a plus).
- 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce (Lead Gen and B2B a plus).
- 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
- 1+ years experience leading paid advertising strategy.
- 1+ years experience with Google Analytics and Shopify.
- 1 year experience in client-facing roles and handling communications.
- Excellent Excel skills with understanding of advanced features.
- Excellent data analytics skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
- Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Maintain flawless execution across all paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and QA.
- Operate with high ownership and autonomy, independently managing timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance.
- Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting, and pacing.
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, proactively identifying growth opportunities and recommending data-backed optimizations.
- Autonomously prepare and present performance reports and recaps using clear data storytelling.
- Maintain a client-first mindset, incorporating client objectives and brand nuances into decision-making.
- Utilize AI technologies to improve efficiency, performance analysis, and operational workflows.
